Our team is led by Dr Allen (Principal Dentist). He is supported by a diverse, highly experienced, and qualified team who synergise to provide a holistic experience to each patient.

Dr Allen Hung
Dentist
Bachelor of Dental Surgery Otago (1999)
Dr. Allen Hung is a highly skilled and experienced dentist, servicing the Ponsonby community for over 20 years. He takes a laid-back approach to life, but he also brings a tailored, careful and patient-centred practise to the clinic.
Allen has extensive clinical expertise with a focus on aesthetic cases and implant surgery using contemporary techniques.
Another passion of Allen is volunteering for dental outreach programmes, taking him to isolated communities in Vanuatu and Fiji. He loves spending his spare time with his family, running marathons, and snowboarding.
Samantha
Oral Health Therapist / Hygienist
Samantha was born in South Africa and moved to New Zealand in 2012. She is a registered Oral Health Therapist who graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2022 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Oral Health. As an Oral Health Therapist, she provides dental care to adolescent patients and provides dental hygiene services. She is known for her fun personality and gentle touch.
Her special interest is guiding patients to achieve and maintain gingival health all whilst providing individualised care in a gentle empathetic manner. Samantha is passionate in helping patients gain their confidence and she loves being a part of their journey to a healthier smile.
Outside working hours, she loves to spend time with family and friends. Being a mother of 2, they have a love for exploring the outdoors.
Michelle
clinical Dental assistant
Michelle is our warm and friendly part-time receptionist at the clinic. She has over 10 years of experience in administration and loves helping people, offering a kind and compassionate approach to clinical care.
